Effective from 02/04/13:

Discount Rates- (available to members of NWS Hurricanes, Rouse Hill Rams Netball, Rouse Hill Wildcats Baseball, Blacktown Rugby, Oakhill Drive Netball Club, Hills Brumbies Soccer Club, Glenhaven Physie, Hi-Calibre Fitness and Hawkesbury Cricket Club).

Health Fund Rebates

Your Private Health Fund’s extras cover will have certain allowance amounts for physiotherapy. If you are unsure, contact your health fund for details.

HICAPS

It is easy to claim your rebate with our on the spot HICAPS system.

Payments

Fees are payable at time of consultation and can be made the following ways:

• Cash
• Cheque
• EFTPOS
• Credit Card
• HICAPS- If you have extras health cover, this allows you to claim on the spot and only pay the Gap amount

Cancellation Policy

At Rouse Hill Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre, we aim to provide a professional service at a time that is most suitable to you.

So that we can provide a timely service to all patients, the Centre has implemented this cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions

• If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

• If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 no show fee.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If a replacement appointment is made within 3 days, this fee may be reduced to $35.
